Police in Waltham Forest have released a CCTV image of a man suspected of causing thousands of pounds worth of damage.

Suspect 146776 is wanted in connection of criminal damage at Ladbrokes bookmakers in High Road, Leytonstone, on April 12 at 8:20pm. 

The man is said to have been drinking when he lost money through gambling.

He then picked up a chair inside the shop and used it to smash three betting machines. 

The man is described as white, tall, of medium build and has short blonde hair. 

The CCTV image has been released to the Guardian as part of a joint venture to identify potential criminals of unsolved crimes in the borough.
