A pensioner accused of historic sexual assault will appear in crown court next week.

Resham Singh, 77, of Acacia Road in Walthamstow is alleged to have touched a woman over the age of 18 in a sexual way between 2006 and 2007 and in January 2014.

After an initial appearance at Thames Magistrates Court last week, he was bailed to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court for trial on May 29.
