The walks will start from Valentines Mansion every Thursday from 11am
People suffering with dementia and their carers are invited to weekly park walks starting today.
Redbridge Park Walks 2014 will begin today at Valentines Mansion, Emerson Road, Ilford at 11am and will take place every week on Thursday.
The 'easy' 90 minute walks, run by charity Dementia Adventure, are free to attend and take place on wheelchair friendly paths.
