Bobby Nagpal was elected to Buckhurst Hill Parish Council yesterday
The Conservatives have retained a parish council seat after their councilor stepped down.
Bobby Nagpal was elected to the Buckhurst Hill Parich council after winning in the Buckhurst Hill West by-election with 1094 votes.
Former parish councilor Gavin Chambers stepped down on April 1 to devote more time to other commitments.
