Suspect 148119
Police in Waltham Forest have released a CCTV image of a suspected bank card thief.
Suspect 148119 is wanted in connection with a theft at a Lloyds TSB branch in High Road, Leytonstone, on April 25 at 4pm.
He is accused of stealing a victim's bank card from the ATM machine while distracting him.
The CCTV images have been released to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Metropolitan Police to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
