Police have charged a third man in connection with the fatal stabbing of a Leyton man in Dagenham.
Ashley Latty, 25, died of multiple stab wounds following an altercation between two groups outside The Beaver Centre in Selinas Lane, Dagenham, on May 18.
This morning, 25 year-old Kestrel Daniel Dyer of Barking was charged following his arrest yesterday along with a 24 year-old woman on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Dyer has been remanded in custody to appear at Thames Magistrates Court today.
The 24 year-old woman has been bailed until early July.
Two men had previously been charged with murder following their arrest on May 19.
Nana Oppong, 33, of no fixed abode, and Adam Penny, 23, of Whitechapel, have been remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on August 6.
A 22 year-old man was arrested on Friday on suspicion of assisting an offender and has been bailed to a date in late June.
Three other males, aged 38, 31, and 29, have all been bailed pending further enquiries until early July.
