Wayne Moseley will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court this morning
A man accused of unlawfully carrying a meat cleaver and an axe in public is due to appear in court today.
Wayne Moseley, 25, of Springfield Road, Chelmsford, is alleged to have carried the items in Ongar, assaulted a police officer, driven while drunk and without insurance on March 22.
Mr Moseley is scheduled to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court this morning.
