Questions about car park charges are included in the survey
The public is being asked whether certain drivers should be given priority in council car parks.
An online survey by Epping Forest District Council is giving people the opportunity to register opinions on a number of policy proposals.
These include whether spaces should be allocated to commuters, shoppers and people who work in the area.
Other proposals cover short-stay options, prices in different locations and free parking in town centres.
Participants also can enter a £100 prize draw.
