Carers in Waltham Forest can receive free help and advice during a week of events.

The borough’s association for care givers will mark national Carers’ Week between June 9 and 15.

A free barbeque for male carers will mark the start of the celebrations.

Carers will get a free wet shave, a muscle relaxation lesson advice on healthy eating and budgeting The event will run from 11am until 3pm at Waltham Forest Resource Hub in Russell Road.
