Plans to build 19 more properties on a motel site have been submitted to Epping Forest District Council.
The proposals from Metropolitan Workshop would see the Forest Lodge Motel in Epping New Road, High Beach, demolished with the exception of an existing four-bedroom house.
If approved the motel would be replaced by three four-bedroom houses, six three-bedroom houses, four two-bedroom houses and six one-bedroom flats.
The 10 smaller properties are earmarked for rental as social housing.
The plans include 41 parking spaces for cars and 38 for bicycles.
