A supermarket is the latest chain to announce it is launching a shopping collection service at Underground stations from next month.
The seven stations chosen for the launch of Sainsbury's 'click and collect' service include Leytonstone, Loughton, Debden and South Woodford.
Customers who place their orders before 1pm can collect it the same day.
Asda were the first to join the scheme last year before Tesco and Waitrose signed up in January of this year.
