Festival organisers are inviting local musicians to take part this year by sending them samples of their work.
The annual Wanstead Festival will take place at Christchurch Green, in High Street, Wanstead, on September 14.
Bands and musicians can send in their audio or video sample by Friday to peter.feldon@talktalk.net.
Applicants are required to have at least one band member who lives or works in Wanstead.
