Story three
Tesco has launched an investigation after out-of-date baby milk was sold at a supermarket months after a carton from the same store made a toddler ill.
Story four
The health trusts running the two main hospitals serving the area have by far the biggest debts in London, raising fears for patient safety, jobs and services.
NHS figures show Barts Health, which runs Whipps Cross Hospital in Leytonstone, and Barking Havering and Redbridge Hospitals Trust (BHRUT), in charge of King George Hospital in Goodmayes, are both about £39million in the red.

The owners of a nightclub closed due to crime and anti-social behaviour are facing a winding up order over £127,000 owed in fees incurred during a long-running legal battle.
Redbridge council has announced it will seek the order against Funky Mojoe in High Road, South Woodford, at a court hearing on Monday.
