A teenager with links to Waltham Forest who went missing from care in Kent has returned home 16 days after going missing

A teenager has returned home after going missing for 16 days.

Syedzar Naqvi, 14, who lives with carers in Rochester, Kent, had not been seen since June 7, until he returned to his home last night.

Police had been conducting enquiries in London due to his links with Waltham Forest.

No details have been released about his whereabouts but police have confirmed that he returned home by himself last night.

Officers have said that he is safe and well.

Anyone who knows of his whereabouts should contact Waltham Forest Police Missing Persons Unit by dialing 101 or contact Missing People on 116 000.
