A ‘stray sale’ will be held at a veterinary practice in Walthamstow in July to raise money for the most vulnerable animals in Waltham Forest.

In order to raise cash for the treatment of ill animals without homes the Goddard Veterinary Group is asking for donations to sell.

Vet nurse Lorna Hewlett said that the Grove Road practice aims to help as many strays as they can so donations of books, plants and other items are desperately needed.

Goddard Veterinary Group in Walthamstow is based at 117 Grove Road and can be contacted on 0208 520 5455.

The sale will take place on Saturday July 26 between 9.30 am and 3.30pm.

Goddards are a very large privately owned company. You can see how many locations they have here http://goddardvetgro

There are a great deal of animal charities that treat strays and owned animals who do not charge the extortionate prices Goddards do. PDSA, RSPCA and Celia Hammond Animal Trust to name just a few.
