A pilates class is holding a fundraising event for a hospice.
Sonia Noy Pilates will hold the event in support of St Francis Hospice on July 7 at 7pm at Woodford Bowling Club, Kings Avenue, Woodford Green.
Two free 30-minute pilates classes, healthy snacks and the bar will be open while participants will be asked to make a donation to the hospice which is based in Romford.
Leader Sonia said: “Having taught pilates to the lovely people who work at St Francis Hospice I had the opportunity to see first hand the incredible work they do caring for those with life limiting illnesses and supporting their families."
