A man charged with a £5m fraud will appear in court later this month.
Patrick Coppeard, 49, of Spring Grove, Loughton has been charged with fraud by abuse of position.
It is alleged between 2008 and 2011 he fraudulently acquired more than £5m from more than 60 victims.
The former employee at Merrill Lynch investment bank was arrested on suspicion of fraud by false representation on May 10 2013, and has been bailed four times.
He has now been bailed to appear before Chelmsford Magistrates Court on July 15.
