Phone lines at Epping Forest District Council are now working again
Phone and computer systems are back to normal at Epping Forest District Council following problems earlier today.
Callers to the council struggled to get through and were advised to use the authority's website for advice.
The issues were resolved at around 3pm.
A spokeswoman for the council said: “The problems we had with our telephone system this morning has now been resolved.
“We apologise for any inconvenience this caused.”
