More than £1,000 has been raised for a dog’s home from a fundraising drive at a pet shop.
Pets at Home in Highbridge Retail Park, Waltham Abbey, donated £1,325.60 to Barley Kennels in Galley Hill from selling tickets to a raffle in which a car could be won.
The initiative was organised by store manager Gary Ormes and the two staff members who raised the most money were John McLaughlin and Terrie Martham.
For further information visit the Barley Kennels stall at the Epping Town Show in Stonards Hill on Sunday.
