The owner of a convienience store has re-applied for an alcohol licence after it was taken away for failing underage test purchases.
Baylis Food & Wines, in High Street, Barkingside, had its alcohol licence revoked in December 2013 by Trading Standards after it was caught selling alcohol to underage buyers.
The two failed underage test purchases took place on August 6 and September 14 last year.
Owner Rakesh Bansal, appealed the decision and the matter was due to be heard at Romford Magistrates Court on May 8 this year, but the appeal was withdrawn.
Later in May a fresh application was lodged for a new alcohol licence.
A decision will be made by Redbridge council's licensing committee on July 8 at 10.30am in Redbridge Town Hall, High Road, Ilford.
