Students dressed up in the theme of their chosen country in an annual school event yesterday.

The event, called Teach A Friend A Language Day was hosted by Woodbridge High School, in St Barnabas Road, Woodford Green.

Around 20 local schools were involved, with each school decorating their stall based on the culture and colours of their chosen language.

Students took it in turns to teach each other about each culture and langauage.
