Police investigating the death of an Epping manoutside a bar are appealing for a woman who is believed to have filmed events leading to his collapse on her mobile phone to come forward.

Adam Hird, 30, died following an incident outside the No.65 bar on Albert Embankment in Vauxhall in the early hours of June 15.

Officers were called to the scene at around 3:20am after reports of a male being restrained by security staff at the entrance of the bar.

On arrival they found Mr Hird collapsed. He was taken to hospital by ambulance but died at 4.40pm on June 17.

Police are still awaiting the results of the post-mortem examination that took place on June 19.

The woman, described as a tall, slim, in her 20s, with blonde hair in a ponytail and wearing shorts.

The device she is said to have used was described as a ‘flip phone’.
