Buses will be disrupted in Woodford Green and South Woodford.
The Tour de France is set to disrupt almost all the bus routes which normally serve South Woodford and Woodford Green.
High Road, Woodford Green, and Woodford New Road, South Woodford, closed to traffic at 10am this morning.
Transport for London (TfL) said a number of bus routes will be diverted or stop short of their destination.
The bus routes facing disruption include 20, 179, 275, W12, W13, W14, while routes 657, 675 and 679 will run as normal.
TfL estimate that the publicity caravan will be arriving in Woodford Green from approximately 1.15pm and the race arriving at approximately 2.50pm.
