The public is being asked for its views on a proposed school expansion.

Redbridge council plan to extend Redbridge Primary School in College Gardens, Ilford, to accomodate 210 pupils by September 2015.

The deadline for submissions is0 August 1.

The expansion of Nightingale Primary School in Colvin Gardens, South Woodford, has already been confirmed, with an extra reception class of 30 joining in September.

The Department of Education said in April that an extra 4,000 school places in Redbridge must be found in four years – the equivalent of eight new schools.
