An acting school graduate is appealing for help to fund an unusual feature film.
Former East 15 student Richard Weston, 22, of Whitakers Way in Loughton, hopes to raise £10,000 for Saddenly Now, which will star Will Firth, son of Oscar winner Colin.
He said: “The film will be set in a mini universe. The six characters are based on aspects of quantum physics.
“Their characteristics are based on the size and interactions, meaning there are many rules the characters try to break, some with absurd poems, and others by ritual and dance.
“I am very excited to start making the film, it will be a challenge as this will be the first time all of us have worked together outside of the school.
Richard is aiming to raise the money in two weeks through a variety of fundraising activities and website Sponser Me.
