First World War artwork was unveiled at a school last week, with veterans and councillors attending the event.

The mural, with each poppy painted by a different class, was unveiled at Snaresbrook Primary School, in Meadow Walk, Snaresbrook, on Friday morning.

Wanstead MP John Cryer was in attendance alongside veterans from WW2 and Snaresbrook ward Cllr Christopher Cummins.
