A photographic exhibition capturing life in Waltham Forest is being exhibited at the William Morris Gallery, Walthamstow.
Around 120 images of the best bits of the borough including its many inhabitants have been produced by Image17.
The commission by Waltham Forest Council, titled ‘Place Called Home’ sits alongside work by former resident and international photographer, David Bailey.
Seven members of the photography collective, all from Waltham Forest, put together the exhibition which captures the ‘diversity and unique qualities of the borough’.
Images include businesses, events, education, hobbies, community hubs, entertainment, religion, culture and interests.
The exhibition was launched last night.
