Driving test pass rates at a centre in Wanstead are the second lowest in the UK.

Research of data from last year by the Daily Telegraph found the centre in Hermon Hill had a 32.8 per cent pass rate, second only to a centre in Bradford.

An historical low pass rate at the centre has been blamed on poverty in east London, where people can afford fewer lessons.

A total of 13,204 people took tests from the centre last year.

I'm amazed most people on the roads theses days have passed their test. Every day you see people:

Going through Red lights
talking on mobiles
texting
doing illegal u-turns
sounding horns at unlawful hours
tailgating
not giving cyclists the lawful amount of space
swearing at and intimidating other motorists

I passed first time at Wanstead and would welcome bans and re-tests for offenders who commit the above offences. They give good drivers a bad name
