The overground line between Chingford to Liverpool Street is currently suspended.

Travellers are being advised to seek alternative routes and tickets are being accepted on busess and London Underground services as engineers work to fix an overhead wire damage at St James Street station and between Hackney Downs and London Fields.

There is no estimate for when the service will resume.

Its weird how one little word can cause so much hassle. Since they put 'Obellio' in front of Greater Anglia the Chingford line has been nothing been trouble. Dirty trains, cancellations, delays. Its almost as if they know that TFL are taking the line over so they don't have to impress anyone to keep the contract!

Worst train service ever! I paid a lot of money for my annual season ticket and they are not providing anywhere near an acceptable level of service and the refund system is an utter joke!

Any passenger who is dissatisfied about how their refund claim or other complaint to Abellio Greater Anglia has been dealt with should complain to London TravelWatch who will take the matter up for you.

You are always better to put your point across in capital letters as it emphasises anger and you will get your point across more efficiently. Sadly, I do not have this facility on my typewriter.
