This harassment charge is being so abused. Im aware its needed in some cases, but the low level 2 charge is being used by 'so called' victims to take revenge. It happened to me. Luckily I gave two false names, one being Toumi, the other Carter. Someone who claimed was my ex actually wasn't. I had a drink with him on several occasions then told him I didn't want to see him again, his friend stalked me, I stupidly retaliated & got myself in an awful amount of trouble. He used my fiery nature to get revenge on me, he knew id retaliate. What a fool I was? When a guilty plea is entered the defendant cannot speak. This person showed the CPS, who I must add is personal friends with some of them, due to having criminal solicitor friends & working for a freemason, unbelievably one of his CPS friends was the prosecutor on my case at Redbridge, I rumbled something was amiss & the corruption was exposed, as I was saying, he showed the CPS his personal notes of so called texts id sent him, no proof from my phone because majority of which I hadn't sent, ie the ones he claimed id begged him to take me back. Obviously the reporters in court report what they hear without realising the 'so called' victim has told 70% of lies!!! Its all over now & my husband & child, along with other family members emigrated on Wednesday 30th July 2014 & wont ever be returning due to this man! Luckily we already had a house & businesses out here. Adios Gazette readers. Linzi Doze
