Police in Waltham Forest have released CCTV images of a suspected burglar.  

Suspect 153533 is wanted in connection with burglary at High Street, Walthamstow, on June 17 at 1pm.

She is suspected of stealing a purse from a rucksack that belonged to a staff member at the Crest of Waltham Forest charity shop.

The woman allegedly stole the purse after entering the store's staff room. 

It is the second incident of theft at the shop to be reported to the Guardian in the last week.  

The CCTV images have been released to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Metropolitan Police to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
