Firefighters are tackling a blaze in the back garden of a property thought to have been caused by a bonfire which got out of control.
The blaze began at around 2pm at a property in Lindsey Street, Epping, and two fire engines are blocking the road between Woodberry Down and Frampton Street.
A neighbour had said there had been a bonfire in the back garden which had then got out of hand.
A woman and her daughter at the property were both unharmed and no ambulances were on the scene.
A pile of wooden pallets were in the front drive of the property but it is unclear what was being burned on the bonfire and how the fire got out of hand.
