Calm down you crazy fool. Things break; it happens. It's going to become part of TfL Overground soon anyway.

But you don't have to shout to get your points across. Things do break down, I took my bike for a £50 service two week ago and the chain came off twice during my 100 mile bike ride last week. I complained to the shop and they said 'these tings happen'

I wasn't shouting just hacked off that it took me 35 minutes longer for a journey I pay a lot of money for and expect a service Yes these things happen but when they happen again and again as I said DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Don't be sorry change the ways. I am as I said entitled to speak as a regular passenger on the Chingford Line not talking about bikes or planes or cars. If you use the line your entitled to say something if not why keep putting me down.

Sounds like they didn't spot that the links on your chain were worn down and that's why they keep slipping. A replacement chain will do the job and you will notice much smoother gear changes too, happy cycling Sir
