The final four "luxuroious" flats in a new development on the site of Sylvia Pankhurst’s former home are being offered for sale.

Galliard Homes is offering  the apartments, price between £750,000 to £895,000, as part of 14 apartments at gated Highbeam House, in High Road, Woodford Green.

The two and three bedroom apartments are described as luxurious, with large private balconies.

They are located on the site of suffragette's former home, which she named Red Cottage due to her left-wing politics in the 1920s.

The house was pulled down in the 1930s, and four separate houses were later built on the land, before being demolished and replaced with Highbeam House.

Galliard Homes has restored a sculpture of Pankhurst, which now stands outside Highbeam House as part of the new development.
