A date has been set for a decision on the future of a bar which had its licence revoked under previous management.
Datji in Lea Bridge Road, Leyton, was closed down earlier this year after police were repeatedly called and music was played too loud late at night.
Now new owners are seeking a licence for the premises under the name Dolce Vita.
They are seeking to open between 10am and midnight during the week and 10am to 2am at weekends.
A decision was due to be made on July 24 but was postponed.
A new hearing has been scheduled for September 4 at 11am in the town hall.
