Martial arts instructor to run anti-bullying workshop
A martial arts instructor is set to run a free workshop counter bullying.
Matt Chapman, 38, of Masters Academy, Loughton, will host the session for children, aged six to 13.
It takes place at Masters Academy on September 12, between 5pm and 7 pm.
Mr Chapman said: "I was bullied a bit as a kid so I know how it feels and how destructive it can be.
"Once I started martial arts at 11 it all stopped as my confidence improved.
"I want to help local kids learn the physical and mental skills to deal with bullying."
