The best of Paralympic sport and a meet and greet with the stars of team GB is taking place today at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

To coincide with National Paralympic Day, the Olympic sporting venues will be offering children and adults the opportunity to enjoy and watch a variety of disability sport sessions for just £5.

Spectators will get the chance to cheer on Paralympic swimmers as they return to the water of the London Aquatic Centre for two sessions of racing.

The day of activities at the Aquatic Centre, Velodrome and Copper Box arena will be met with dacing and live music across the park's two venues as part of the Mayor of London's Liberty Festival.

Sports sessions will take place from midday to 6pm but the celebrations are set to continue until 10pm.

Some of Britain's most celebrated athletes, including Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games silver medalist Steph Slater, bronze medalist Jack Thomas and Paralympic medalist Jessica-Jane Applegate will all compete in front of the crowds.
