The trust which runs hospitals serving Redbridge is to hold its annual general meeting.
The public will have the opportunity to question Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals Trust board members at the meeting on Wednesday, which will be held between 6pm and 8pm in the lecture theatre at King George Hospital in Goodmayes.
The trust is attempting to cut a £38million deficit and has been referred to Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt due to concerns over its recovery plan.
It has also faced criticisms of its standards of care by the Care Quality Commission.
