The housing association which owns an estate where residents have reported anti-social behaviour and structural issues is holding a party.

The event, which is to celebrate the completion of the first stage of creating new green areas, takes place from 1pm to 4pm on September 13 at Queen Mary Estate in Queen Mary Avenue, South Woodford.

Organised by Circle 33, it will include face painting, DJs, a bouncy castle, music and a market stall selling vegetables and herbs grown onsite.

Residents have complained about structural issues at the estate, built five years ago, including ceiling collapses and mould, while CCTV was fitted in July after reports of anti-social behaviour.
