Terry Jacobs will appear at Chelmsford Crown Court next month
A date has been set for ther trial of a man accused of burglary.
Terry Jacobs, 29, of Caterham Court in Waltham Abbey, will stand trial over an incident in Sun Street, Waltham Abbey on January 6, 2013.
He is accused of stealing items worth £7,000.
He will appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on October 13 and has also been charged with breaking court bail conditions.
