Sullivan will appear in court in 2015
A trial date has been set for a 36-year-old man charged with attacking a woman.
David Sullivan, 36, of Winters Way in Waltham Abbey, appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Tuesday and will stand trial at vthe same court on January 21 next year.
He is accused of assault Kirsty Peck by beating on July 20.
No plea was entered.
He was released on unconditional bail.
