Gill Pye, of Woodford Green, is speaking out against the closure of the Woodford Green Delivery Office and the moving of services to Debden.
The 69-year-old believes the move will make it hard to collect parcels, especially for those without a car and for elderly or disabled people.
She also believes the move will have a negative environmental impact and will have a negative impact on the area.
The office, in Johnston Road, Woodford Green, is closing on next week on Monday.
