Man jailed following pie and mash shop robbery
A man charged with stealing a charity box, engagement ring and money worth a combined total of £7,000 has been jailed for seven months.
Duval Daly, 49, of Longcroft Drive in Waltham Cross, pleaded guilty to burglary at Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday.
The theft took place at Tony's Pie & Mash Shop in Sun Street, Waltham Abbey on May 12.
Mr Daly was also charged with possession of 0.2g of cocaine.
