A sentencing date has been set for a man caught selling stolen goods after a woman spotted her stolen laptop in a shop.
Arshaan Mehmood Bhatty, 30, of St Lukes Avenue, Ilford, was found guilty at Snaresbrook Crown Court on September 4 and will be sentenced on February 22 next year.
In November last year, an 18-year-old woman was browsing in CeX store, in High Road, Ilford when she spotted her Apple Macbook, which had been stolen from her home two days before.
Bhatty was arrested and charged the same day with four counts of handling stolen goods.
