The new primary will open opposite Walthamstow Academy
A new academy primary school is inviting the community to a consultation event ahead of its opening next year.
Walthamstow Primary Academy, which is currently under construction in Billet Road, will host the event next week.
The school, linked with the secondary academy opposite, will offer up to 60 reception places when it opens in September 2015.
Parents and residents are being invited to meet staff as part of a public consultation on the school.
Walthamstow Primary Academy will be part of schools group United.
The admissions events are being held on October 14 and 16 from 4.30pm-7.30pm, at Walthamstow Academy in Billet Road.
