The case of a man accused of dealing cannabis has been sent for trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
Reece Peach, of King's Head Hill in Chingford, was arrested on July 26 following an anonymous tip-off from a lady who claimed to witness the 31-year-old handing out packages outside the Prince of Wales pub in St Andrews Road, Walthamstow.
Police searched Peach and say they seized drugs worth £230. He was charged with possession with intent to supply Class B drugs.
Appearing at Thames Magistrates Court today, Peach indicated a plea of not guilty for the indictable-only offence, and has been released on unconditional bail for a hearing at Snaresbrook Crown Court on October 28.
