A sixth person has been charged with the murder of a Leyton man.
Ashley Latty, 25, died of multiple stab wounds following an altercation between two groups outside The Beaver Centre in Selinas Lane, Dagenham, on May 18.
Damian Carnigie, of Union Close, Leytonstone,was initially arrested over the killing on July 17 and bailed.
The 29-year-old is due to appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court today after being charged with murder yesterday.
Five other men have been charged with murder and await trial, scheduled for February 23 next year.
These are Nicholas Terralonge, 28, from Leytonstone; Nana Oppong, 34, of no fixed abode; Kestrel Daniel Dyer, 25, from Barking; Daniel Agyeman, 24, of Thornton Heath, and Jerome Joseph, 27, of Manor Park Road, Manor Park.
Aimee Penfold, 24, from Croydon, is charged with assisting an offender.
