A wish has been granted for a seriously ill child with a spinal condition.

Former Pussycat Doll and judge on Sky's Got to Dance, Kimberly Wyatt, treated Erin Hamer, from Highams Park, to an exclusive meet and greet last week.

Dancer Erin, 12, suffers from a severe form of Scoliosis - a curvature of the spin, and has to perform in shows and competitions wearing a back brace.

On October 9, Erin fast-tracked her way through the queue of fans to meet Ms Wyatt at the launch of her new fragrance.

The special invite was organised through the Frangrance Shop and the Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity, whose aim is to brighten up the lives of seriously ill children.

Ms Wyatt praised Erin's determination to not let her condition stand in her way of dancing.

She said: "It was such an honour to meet Erin. I’m very humbled by her impressive attitude and fearless nature when it comes to dancing; she’s got a lot more than just talent.

"I hope other young performers have as much courage and love for the art as Erin, she is truly inspiring."
