Mohammed Zamal was arrested in Cann Hall Road, Leytonstone, on July 30.

During his arrest, unemployed Mr Zamal of Cobden Road, Leytonstone, admitted to carrying the blade.

After a pre-sentence report and a guilty plea magistrate decided not to impose a custodial sentence.
