Violence has again flared near a pub where police say up to 60 people were involved in a mass brawl last weekend.
Police received a report at 4am on Saturday of three people attacked outside the Green Dragon pub in Market Square, Waltham Abbey.
Police believe the incident happened earlier in the evening and the victims took themselves to hospital.
Officers have released no further details and are yet to interview those involved.
The incident comes after police were called to reports a brawl involving up to 60 people in a car park adjacent to the Green Dragon in the early hours of last Saturday morning.
A 38-year-old man, who suffered minor injuries, refused to co-operate with police and no one was arrested.
People living in and around Market Square have said there is regular violence in the area at weekends.
However, Green Dragon landlord Graeme Kerry insisted the incident last weekend only involved two people and the pub was the only one in the area which employs security.
